Cartoon Synopsis:
With Danny's coaching, Orbit, his robot-dog, eludes the town dogcatcher by becoming a janitor, a dancer, and a bass drum. When Danny gets a vehicle license for Orbit, the dog catcher/meter-maid has the final triumph, ticketing Orbit for a parking violation.
