Cartoon Synopsis:
Teenage hippie Marvin begins acting lazy, so his dad sends him to paint the house. He gets an idea from the mayor's TV speech that you treat your house like a city, and he and his friends get together. The dad discovers the house painted in groovy psychedelic colors! But he thanks Marvin when the mayor loves the psychedelic house paint pattern, also treated onto other houses in the neighborhood.
