Cartoon Synopsis:
At a dog show, the group meets Cromwell, a bulldog who looks just like Elmo. Cromwell, the pet of a rich lady, has been targeted for a dognapping by the Houndman. However, in the confusion, the Houndman's goons take Elmo by mistake.
