Cartoon Synopsis:
Misunderstanding a conversation she overhears, Pebbles thinks Fred is going to be fired and gets a job working for Mr. Slate at the gravel pit to make her father look good. Her interference blows a major contract for Mr. Slate and costs her father a promotion. Pebbles then sets out to find a way to save the contract --- and her father's job.
