Cartoon Synopsis:
The emperor of an alien planet of Skrulls sends his own super-creature, The Super Skrull, to Earth to conquer The Fantastic Four. Superpowers fly in a mid-Manhattan battle of giants as the heroes sometimes match, but oftentimes suffer injury from, their opponents. Discovering The Super Skrull receives his strength from outer-space rays, they devise a way to plant a "jammer" device on him, and The Skrull quickly becomes weak and placid, choosing to remain on earth in the form of a cow!
