Cartoon Synopsis:
Dexter needs 200 million dollars to pay his bill from N.A.S.A.. He tries many ways to make cash, including asking his Dad, a lemonade stand, weaseling out of his debt, having a garage sale, and making it in a machine. Nothing works, so in desperation he tries to steal the amount from Dee Dee, who won it in the Publisher's Sweeping House Sweepstakes.
