Cartoon Synopsis:

Breezly and Sneezly break into Camp Frostbite to get some allergy medicine for Sneezly. Breezly sees the Colonel coming, for treatment of a hangnail, and puts on a doctor's uniform. Breezly treats the Colonel with painful consequences. The Colonel thinks he's hallucinating thinking the doctor and nurse look like a bear and a seal. The real doctor and nurse think the Colonel is mentally ill. The Colonel then discovers Breezly and Sneezly are behind his madness.
