Cartoon Synopsis:

Bessie the Cow is just one big eternal optimist. When her best pal Al, the sulky elephant next door, is having a rather gloomy day, Bessie enrolls them both in Señor Swampy's Diving School for a little shark-infested adventure guaranteed to cheer Al up.
