Cartoon Synopsis:

Doggie Daddy buys his son a chemistry set to keep him occupied and Augie creates a formula and gives it to his dad (who isn't paying attention) and his dad drinks the formula. The formula makes him lighter than air and he floats to the ceiling. Doggie Daddy asks Augie to create a formula to make him normal again and they try several times to keep Doggie Daddy down on the ground with no results. Augie finally gives his dad a pair of flat irons that seem to help until Doggie Daddy hops into a trash can and they come off. He tries diving into a mail box, but the mailman comes along and opens it and he floats out. He grabs onto a flag pole and Augie comes along and takes his dad home on a string like a balloon. Doggie Daddy flies in the sky like a kite while he waits for his son to create a formula to return him to normal.
