Cartoon Synopsis:

While Dick and Agent K are preparing to spend the night out at a stuntman award show, Todd and Riley learn that they will be spending the night with their least favorite babysitter ever, Ms. Howitzer. In order to stop this, Riley and Todd call on Fleemco for help which comes in the form of Cap'n Splatter, a kids' TV show host. Though when the Cap'n starts destroying the house, Todd and Riley start to have second thoughts about ever replacing Ms. Howitzer.
