Cartoon Synopsis:

Riley tries to fulfill her dream of owning a horse of her very own after seeing another Thunderbolt movie. When Dick gets a mule called Prince Cinnamon Boots from Sloan Stone, Riley has Fleemco replace it with the actual Thunderbolt.
