Cartoon Synopsis:

In order to trick Killface into granting billionaire tycoon Xander Crews the rights to use Killface's name and likeness for his line of toys, billionaire tycoon Xander Crews stages an entirely time-wastey inventors' convention in the fabled City of Sin, Las Vegas. He also bangs a cocktail waitress, but not before Watley is attacked by vicious seagulls.
