Synopsis for the The Wraith Of Cobble Hill

On a cold, winter street in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn, in a worn-down shoebox apartment, teenage Felix lives alone with his unresponsive, deadbeat mom. Felix fends for himself, often pilfering from the local corner store the bare necessities- candy bars, TV dinners, booze- and he does this under the seemingly unsuspecting noses of Mr. H, the kindly store owner, and his dog Mitzie. When Felix is asked by Mr. H to mind his dog while he's away, it's up to Felix either to reciprocate the benevolence that Mr. H has always shown him, or to perpetuate the neglect handed down as a family legacy.
