Krazy Kat is a Wall Street stockbroker who gets some bad news from his ticker at the time of the stock market crash of 1929. Krazy learns that he's lost everything until he manages a way to get his finances back. The bears fleece the lambs of their bankrolls of money as they enter the New York Stock Exchange building. A bull tries to shoot himself in the head. The bears and bulls have a war battle. The bulls win, and Krazy rolls in with wheelbarrows full of money bags. Prosperity comes to the entire land, and Krazy rides in a tickertape parade down New York City's Broadway.
