This episode warns children of the dangers of predatory adults, mixing commentary and warnings from Bill Cosby and cartoon scenes with Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids. Designed to caution children about the threat of strangers, this episode outlines various absurd but also traumatic scenarios when innocent children are approached by menacing strangers who lie, cheat and use force to abduct the poor children.
