Cartoon Synopsis:

Pingu is having a birthday party with his sister Pinga and his friends Robbie, Pingo and girlfriend Pingi. Grandpa provides accordion music, and Pingu enjoys his gifts. But a game of "Blind Man's Bluff" doesn't turn out so well when Pingu is unable to catch anyone throughout the game. So he begins to feel unhappy, but instantly cheers up when his mother brings out the birthday cake, and all is happy once again.
