Cartoon Synopsis:

Krazy Kat runs a nightclub for rich guests, although with the onset of the Depression, some of them are getting poorer. One toff finds the eagle symbols coming to life and flying off his coins. A band of mice (called "the Ignatzes" in publicity, though none is called Ignatz on-screen) plays music as a spider girl dances the Can-Can on stage. Krazy and a girl mouse dance and sing "You Are the Kat's Meow" on stage. A "goat" in the audience woos the mouse away from Krazy, but as they sit and spoon, his goat face comes off—revealing him to be a bear crook in disguise. Krazy battles the crook with the help of his (humanized) piano, winning back the mouse's affection in the process.
