Cartoon Synopsis:

Dr. Xargle, wearing a bowler hat, is preparing to lecture the Queegles on Earthling good manners, but he's trampled in the rush of the Queegles entering class. Confusion reigns in the class trying to understand the Earthling quaint customs and etiquette shown on film. A visit to Earth to observe a tea dance has been arranged, and again, confusion is paramount, especially with regard to dancing. Matron is disappointed by Dr. Xargle's reluctance to dance with her, and the Queegles do not like tea. The visit to the dance is fraught with problems, but finally, Nigel Spume spins Matron off her feet. On the journey home, it is apparent that no "niceties" have been learned.
