Cartoon Synopsis:
The mighty Ares, God of Battle, has a score to settle with sister Athena. It seems the mischievous goddess- who isn't beneath pulling a practical joke now and then- has shaved his Dogs of War, and Ares sends his two sons, Fear and Terror, to kidnap her precious Owl of Wisdom so he can exact his revenge. One shaved owl, coming up! Athena entrusts the magical bird to Hercules for protection, which works out nicely, as it's mid-term week, and the owl gives instant smarts to whoever possesses it. But when Hercules inadvertently loses the bird to the two dimwitted sons of Ares, he is challenged to a game of wits to win him back, and learns a valuable lesson in acquiring knowledge for knowledge's sake.
