Synopsis for the TV Cartoon Hercules And The Prince Of Thrace

Arrogant Adonis wants a swimming pool, and his servants digging in the ground accidentally awaken Earth goddess Gaia as a result. Cursed to die before nightfall, Adonis swallows his considerable pride and begs Hercules for help. The two of them travel to the Oracle of Delphi, where they are directed to obtain the golden apples of the Hesperides as a placating offer. A rare episode in which Adonis actually shows signs of decency; the highlight scene occurs in a nursing home for mythological creatures and hermits, where Hercules does hilarious battle with the shape-shifting old man Nereus.
