Synopsis for the TV Cartoon Hercules And The Apollo Mission

It's Intern Week- a week off in the Real World {"I've often wondered what that might be like," muses Icarus}, and all the students get swell fun jobs- everyone but Hercules, who's stuck in the fast food joint. Disgusted and bored, especially after getting teased by Adonis, Hercules walks off his job and beseeches his Dad for a little understanding. Zeus ponders the problem and decrees that there's only one temp job truly worthy of his son- guiding Apollo's chariot across the heavens. A delighted Hades takes advantage of the situation by having Pain and Panic steal the sun and hide it in the Underworld- instigating a little no-confidence vote against Zeus amongst the gods. Hercules and trusty pal Icarus journey down below to retrieve the sun, and in the end Hercules learns that any job, however humble, is worth doing well, if it's your responsibility to do it.
