Synopsis for the TV Cartoon All Wrapped Up

Rubbadubbers is a pre-school children's series that celebrates the power of imagination. During bathtime, children have always pretended a soap dish is a sailing ship and a sponge is a desert island, but in the world of Rubbadubbers, the bath toys pretend the same things! In each episode, the cast of lovable toys face a problem or a dilemma and use their imaginations to find the solution.

The show's cast of characters includes children's toys and other familiar bathtime items. Tubb is a toy frog with a big imagination.

Sploshy is a mischievous star-shaped sponge. Terence is a fussy crocodile-shaped bubble-bath bottle. Finbar is a wind-up shark who thinks he's pretty fierce. The baby of the group is Winona, a squeaky whale toy. Amelia is a flying submarine. And Reg is a battery-operated robot who patrols the hallway and the bathroom, being careful not to get wet.
