Cartoon Summary:


Disturbing Bugs' peace by singing "I've Been Working On the Railroad," Elmer the railroad surveyor plans to build a railroad track right over the rabbit's hole. Bugs retaliates by holding a sexy pin-up in front of Elmer's viewer and annoying him every way that he can. Eventually, the railroad is constructed, but civilians are reminded of the government's wartime ban on unnecessary travel.

This is probably my second favorite Elmer cartoon when Elmer isn't mainly trying to kill the wabbit! My favorite gag is when Elmer shoots repetitively in Bugs' hole and when Elmer says "I killed the wabbit!", Bugs Bunny...  (read more)
