Cartoon Synopsis:


The Care Bears and Care Bear Cousins go on a casual balloon ride that quickly goes bad when a draft takes them far away to Drab City. Everyone and everything is grey in the town, and no one cares. They meet a girl named Jill, who hasn't turned all grey yet. She tries to help them fix their balloon, and in turn, the Care Bears try to help the town, but not before they begin turning grey themselves.
