Cartoon Synopsis:


Homer keeps forcing the family to do nuclear war drills in the middle of the night, by waking them up and rushing them to their fallout shelter. He keeps doing it over and over again, and the family gets even more annoyed. But then Bart gets an idea. He wakes up Homer yelling it is World War Three, and Homer freaks out and runs down to the fallout shelter, and the family locks him in.
