Cartoon Synopsis:


Commander X-2 steals Dodgers' brain in order to learn the secrets of The Galactic Protectorate. He uses a Martian mechanical mind to keep Dodgers alive; everyone believes it is just a new trend in headgear. Commander X-2 finds nothing but an annoying song inside Dodgers' brain, and is forced to give the brain back.
