Cartoon Synopsis:

The old Justice League has expanded and is adding new members rapidly. Green Lantern brings the Green Arrow up for a recruitment talk, which did not convince the Arrow that joining up was for him. In the meantime, Green Arrow, Green Lantern, and Supergirl get involved in a little field trip to "an Eastern Bloc Country," to investigate a powerful source of radioactivity that appears to be on the move.
