Synopsis for the TV Cartoon Lucky 13

Angelica is turning 13. Say goodbye to the life of a child: she's becoming a teenager! And to celebrate in style, she's throwing the biggest birthday bash ever- with no pre-teen Rugrats invited. But when Angelica's arch-enemy Savannah, the coolest of all the new teenagers, threatens Angelica's party by hosting one of her own on the very same day, it is Tommy and the gang who come to Angelica's rescue.
