Cartoon Synopsis:

Chuckie feels the need to adopt an alter ego, "Chongo," complete with elaborate disguise and accent, in order to gain the attention of a popular girl who doesn't even know that "Chuckie" exists. In this episode, Angelica, needing a juicy expose to insure her "ace" reporter status, takes on eccentric cafeteria chef Pepe and his unconventional cuisine.
