Cartoon Synopsis:


Lil strikes a blow for independence from a bewildered Phil. She's tired of being a "we," and she wants to be a "me." In the same episode, Chuckie takes a defiant stand against the mandatory President's Fitness Test. He does it for coordinately challenged kids everywhere. He ends up trapped amidst rising waters in the boys' bathroom.
