Cartoon Synopsis:


Experiment #375 has been activated, it is a phantom-like experiment designed to inhabit and "animate" inanimate objects. When Phantasmo gets loose in the house it inhabits Lilo's doll Scrump and creates all different problems for which Stitch gets the blame. Lilo is the one who stands by Stitch, believing that he is innocent. After Lilo holds a "trial" of Stitch's peers, (Lilo's toys & dolls) the truth comes that Stitch is not the one to be blamed for. In the end Phantasmo is repurposed to operate and inhabit the animatronics characters at Maki McCaw's Hometown Luau.
