Cartoon Synopsis:

At Harbortown, in Little Golden Bookland, Beamer the Old Lighthouse discovers that previous storms have broken a hole in the breakwater, and if its not fixed by the time another storm hits, Harbortown could be flooded, and Beamer could be washed away. Scuffy the Tugboat volenteers to help save the day, along with all his friends, by bringing back a big rock from Cavetown. Later at the end, when the rainbow appears, everyone learns that it was the power of friendship that helped save the day.
