Cartoon Synopsis:

Reilly and company rent out a room to an attractive thalidomide, Randy- who, peeping Blazer discovers, is really a man. Meanwhile, Reilly has been swept up in a local election, running for city council against Liz Bromberg. Blazer is determined to "out" Randy to the others, while Reilly fashions an outrageous campaign with his pals. It's Randy the transsexual who tips the scales in Reilly's favor. Due to a technicality- the public is safe!- Reilly can't serve.
