Cartoon Synopsis:

Dorothy announces a fundraiser raffle and everyone pays to enter. Being the cheapskate he is, Rusty the Tin Woodman refuses to enter. To get him to enter, Dorothy lies that the prize is a heart and they make a snow heart. Rusty pays for all the other entries. The winner, though, is DANDY LION! But Dandy gives the "heart" to Rusty, which immediately melts.
