Synopsis for the TV Cartoon Desmond's Dilemma

The gang of good guys is throwing a party. Because of this, the Wicked Witch of the West is jealous. She calls on Desmond the blue dragon, who is suffering from heartburn. Despite Desmond's complaints, the Witch still sends him to do the job of sabotaging the party. Desmond can't even fly, so he's forced to take the cross-town bus. When he arrives at the festivities, the gang is frightened, still not listening to Desmond's complaining about his heart-burn. He just blows smoke at the Tin Man, then when breathing fire, the Wizard turns into a fire extinguisher, shooting foam at the dragon's mouth, who is now cured of his heartburn, so they celebrate, including Desmond, but still leaving out the pathetic witch.
