Cartoon Summary:


This is the story of Rarg. A land so perfect that the sun never rose until it was absolutely sure that everyone was awake.

Everybody was happy in Rarg until one day an astonishing discovery was made that was to change their lives. The Rargians discovered that they are just a dream. They are being dreamt by a man called Edwin Barnes. To save the land of Rarg, they must stop Edwin Barnes waking up when his alarm clock rings.

And so the adventure begins.

They are being dreamt by a man called Edwin Barnes, who is in imminent danger of being woken up by his alarm clock. And so the adventure begins. The Rargians realize that to save their world, they have to stop Edwin from waking up. Using every ounce of knowledge they have collected, the Rargians build a gateway from dreamland into reality. Then, three specially soundproofed Rargians are sent through the gateway into Edwins's bedroom! The unexpected twist in the tale will surprise and delight viewers of all ages.

A truly precious and timeless piece. I cannot think of a more appropriate short film for 5-8 yr olds. It produces wonderful comments and exchanges as you watch it with your children about life, reality, dreams, fate....and it's fun to repeat it again...  (read more)
