Synopsis for the Cartoon Special Scruffy, Part Two

Tibbles and Scruffy outwit the robbers by luring them into a train. Afterwards, he adopts her, and they continue their performances. But then one night, Tibbles dies of a heart attack, and Scruffy once again has no owner. She soon meets Butch, leader of a motley crew of stray dogs. He takes her to their hangout. Unfortunately a thief named Catlin and his dog Caesar have also set their sights on the puppy. They use her to distract people while they rob a store. Butch tells Scruffy what's really going on, and reclaims her. Later, Caesar shows up, and tells Butch he'll have to fight him for Scruffy...
