Synopsis for the TV Cartoon Power Play

Richie becomes jealous of Virgil's superpowers and Static's popularity with all the citizens of Dakota. A chance encounter with a Fagin-like vagrant called the "Ragtag Man" gives Richie the temporary ability to have his own superhero powers. As Richie finds himself being the hero that he always wanted to be, he soon discovers that the life of a superhero is not all fame and glory.
