Cartoon Synopsis:

While out for an afternoon drive, Jo Jitsu receives an urgent call from Dick Tracy. Stooge Villa and Mumbles have stolen a racecar- the Spumoni Special- from the city's racetrack. The pair plans to hold the car for ransom. Trailing the two fiends, Jo chases Stooge and Mumbles until he corners them and turns them over to Tracy.
