Cartoon Synopsis:
French-accented pirate Jolly Roger (Brutus) wants Olive Oyl, and he attacks Popeye on the high seas in order to have her. Popeye and Olive try out their new collapsible boat and meet Jolly Roger, the modern pirate, who makes off with Olive. The pirate collapses Popeye's boat and sets sharks after him. Spinach enables Popeye to make a collapsed boat out of the pirate ship and rescue Olive.
