Cartoon Synopsis:

Popeye and Brutus compete for Olive's attention in the cross-country ski race. Olive competes in a diving competition at the pool next to the slopes. Tripped and rolled into a snowball, Popeye passes through a log where the park bear is hibernating. When the snowball crosses over the finish line, the bear is wearing the skis and wins first prize.
