Cartoon Synopsis:

Popeye wants to have a backyard cookout with Olive Oyl, but Swee'Pea, Wimpy and Popeye's neighbor (who is unnamed, but looks like Brutus) try to be included. Wimpy decides to join in when he smells the hamburgers that Popeye's preparing. The neighbor and Olive hit it off, especially after he starts playing a guitar and singing a rock-and-roll ditty, "Don't Drop No Mustard On My Clean White Shirt." Soon, the quiet little barbecue is turned into a big party. Of course, spinach helps Popeye take care of the interlopers.
