Synopsis for the TV Cartoon Freaky The Snowman

It's the hottest July on record when Mona and company venture down into the deep, dark recesses of Mona's basement to check out her cryogenics experiment. Mona dusts off the icy tomb (the veggie freezer) and opens up the creaking lid. Mona, Lily and Charley gasp! There lies Mona's great cryogenics experiment, Freaky the Snowman- hand-sculpted in three massive, big balls of snow- and he's perfectly preserved. Mona decides that she's going to bring him back to life, so she and her friends wheel him out to the yard. But by dinner, he's MYSTERIOUSLY DISAPPEARED. Mona is dreadfully worried- more so the next morning, when the town is hit by a freak snowstorm! Is this the worst and most unpredictable FREAK blizzard in history? Or has Mona's Freaky the Snowman gone completely out of control? It's up to Mona and her pals to stop Freaky, a cryogenics experiment gone awry.
