Cartoon Synopsis:
Lt. Vega is spying on Capt. Friedrichs's fiancee because he thinks she's a spy. However, she somehow sneaks up behind Vega and pushes him off the top of the building. Luckily, he ends up in the hospital with only a broken leg after landing in a dumpster. Ace and Cosmo visit him and agree to take over the case, but that means Ace can't keep his dinner date with Mona. Ace and Cosmo watch Friedrichs's love carefully but are nearly caught. They then learn about the Forever & Ever Agency, a marriage agency which can guarantee a perfect match for anyone. To the surprise of Ace, the agency's major stockholder is Black Jack himself! In order to understand the full extent of what Jack's plan is, Ace signs up with the agency and finds his "true soulmate," Belinda. Mona discovers Ace and Belinda via Sensa-News and gets very upset. When Ace brings his "finacee" back to the Magic Express, he exposes the truth about her being a spy. They battle for a little while, but Ace gets the upper hand. Ace and Cosmo return with a tied-up Belinda to the agency, only for Belinda to cause Ace's car to go out of control. He ejects just before the Magic Racer crashes into a wall. He's fine, but Belinda is now calling him "Master." Belinda and all the other people associated with the agency are just androids built by Prof. Kabalyev. The plan is to learn secrets in order for Black Jack to take advantage of everything. When Jack learns the plan's been exposed, he sends Clockwise, Spade, and Diamond to the agency to destroy all the evidence. Ace, Cosmo, and Belinda go there and stops Jack's team but not before Spade sets the place on fire. Ace and his friends get Kabalyev safely out, only to discover he's an android himself! The real Kabalyev goes after Mona to get back at Black Jack.
