Cartoon Synopsis:
In the Magic Express, Ace is working with Angel on a hologram device to create a clone of himself for his newest show while Cosmo is busy playing an interactive computer game for adults called Raptor XII (It's a clue here that Cosmo is NOT 18 years old). When lightning hits the Express, everything shorts out, including Angel. As Ace and Cosmo determine the damage, they have no idea someone else is in their home. Lt. Vega comes along and explains a case involving underage kids playing violent interactive video games made strictly for adults. He gets a call from Ms. LeSage, but the mysterious character in the Express traces the call, and electronically transfers himself to her apartment to kidnap her. Ace and Cosmo go there and meet Vega as he investigates the kidnapping. Finding a weapon of pure ionic structure, it's all they have to go on. The strange character goes on to kidnap Senator Dobbs and sets up a ransom demand. The character is none other than Raptor XII himself, the result of Cosmo's game and Ace's program being fused together in the lightning storm. Raptor XII is looking for someone called "Major," and only Cosmo knows how to track the character, since "Major" is his Internet pseudonym. As the only person who defeated Raptor XII on the highest possible level of the game, Cosmo uses his computer to locate both LeSage and Dobbs. LeSage is found safe by Vega, but Dobbs is still in the kidnapper's hands. Cosmo tries to face Raptor XII alone, but Ace comes to the rescue and saves him. The two escape with a copy of Raptor XII's programming, yet Dobbs is still in trouble.
