Cartoon Synopsis:


Residents of the Krkonose Mountains launch a very useful service: so as not to have to run with each message or parcel every now and then, they appoint a messenger. However, the messenger overcharges for his services. Spirit of Mountains punishes the messenger, who takes heed in the future.
