Cartoon Synopsis:

Mysterious aliens, each playing a seductive pipe tune, lure all the children out of Tokyo and several other cities around the world, including Rini. Guided by Peruru, one of the aliens who have defected to their side due to his infatuation with Rini and his discomfort with the scheme, Sailor Moon and the Scouts pursue the children to an alien dimension. There they confront Lady Badiyanu, who schemes to use the dream energy of the children to power her scheme to plunge the universe into an eternal dream state.
