Cartoon Synopsis:

A young soccer prodigy named Robert takes an interest in Rini, but she's only interested in Helios. Fish Eye takes an interest in Robert, but he's not interested in her. Angry, Fish Eye attacks him for his dream mirror, and then traps Sailor Moon and Chibi-Moon in an energy dome when they try to help. Helios convinces the Scouts to let him evolve their attacks so they can rescue Sailor Moon. The Scouts cooperate with Pegasus and become Super Sailor Soldiers.
