Cartoon Synopsis:

Rini becomes angered when she feels Serena is taking advantage of her mother's kindness. Later Ikuko explains how a mother's love is often unconditional. Tiger's Eye appears and Hawk's Eye attacks Ikuko for her Dream Mirror. Rini gets Serena and they confront Tiger's Eye. Sailor Mini-Moon summons Helios via the Crystal Bell and, in his Pegasus form, he transforms Sailor Moon's Moon Scepter into the Moon Kaleidoscope and the power upgrade defeats Tiger's Eye. Pegasus tells Mini-Moon to call whenever she needs him.
