Cartoon Synopsis:

Andrew's fiancee, Reika, has an offer to go to college in Europe. Andrew isn't happy and it threatens their relationship. But when Reika is attacked by Tiger's Eye for her dream mirror, Andrew and Sailor Mini-Moon come to her defense. The Scouts defeat Tiger's Eye again, but Sailor Moon's power fails again and she needs an assist from Helios again. Darien convinces Andrew to clear the air with Reika and they make up, teaching Rini a lesson about the strength of love.
